How To Join

To become a member in good standing and be able to referee games for the Houston Chapter of Basketball Officials, please follow the links to join both the local and state associations. After registering and paying dues, you will be able to take your tests. You will need to pass all 3 state tests and background check to be eligible to officiate games.
